Currently I'm a Visual Designer at XING. Before I challanged the status quo of user interfaces for industrial players on a daily basis for SinnerSchrader. I love to solve complex problems visually in order to create unique experiences. And I help startups to find a visual language for their products. In case you might know an interesting challange for me; please say .
I relate to fine and aesthetic things. From cinematography of feature films to the impressive craftsmanship of furniture design – I always find pleasure in the forms and compositions exprimented with in architecture, art or fashion. I do think design is a multidisciplinary craft and we should enjoy the process of creating, no matter the medium.
In the past my visual research on the digital transformation of luxury brands was awarded with a masters degree from the University of the Arts London. In 2010 I founded GrilledBacon with the goal to create exciting productivity tools for mobile platforms: we did so with the first mobile code editor for iOS. Codosaurus was featured by publications around the world and climbed the app store with over 350.000 downloads in total. Between 2007 and 2011 I also worked for SinnerSchrader as a designer and for OTTO as a media design trainee.
